Welcome to The Marine Art Gallery of the Atlantic. Located in Lunenburg Nova Scotia, the gallery features the marine art, nautical oil paintings and maritime paintings of Yves Berube, a member of the Canadian Society of Marine Artists.
These highly detailed marine art oils capture the spirit of maritime life both past and present, reflecting his years working on the sea combined with an insatiable interest in all things maritime.
As well as current marine scenes, Yves also creates many historical oil paintings reflecting days gone by from the fishing fleets that worked the Grand Banks to the old steam tugs used in the waters around New York City. These historical paintings capture both the romance and the danger involved when seafaring was at it's height.
